Please note that orders with more than one item are given a processing time according to the specific item.

We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock once the order is placed.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.

You can only return an item if it is unused and still in the same state as when you first received it. It must also still be in its original packaging.
